The LTSC version can limit the data even further, to level 0 - Security. The desktop version of Windows 10 allows you to limit the data sent on Microsoft servers to the base level - 1. For more information about UWF, see Unified Write Filter (UWF) feature. If some files on the disk need to be updated, UWF allows creating an exception for these files or directories and allow writing on them.
After the restart, the captured data is deleted. UWF intercepts all write attempts to a protected disk and redirects these write attempts to RAM (typical use) or temporary files on the disk. They allow setting up your embedded device to make the operating system behind your application completely invisible. These features are designed to restrict user access to the operating system. At least one language pack must be used, but you can have as many as you need, there is no limitation on the license. Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC supports more than 30 different languages (MUI - multi-user interfaces).
